Our stunning Selene Earrings were from the beginning designed as a bigger and more feminine version of our signature Dione Earrings.

The response was beyond amazing after the launch and we received many sunshine stories from customers telling us that people had stopped them on the streets to compliment their earrings.

This year they are finally making a comeback in Violet, the most beautiful and feminine colour that really brings my thoughts to blooming lilacs in Springtime…

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns within 14 days from you receiving your order. 
Returns are at your own expense which can include VAT and duty fees. The products in your return must be in original condition, sealed packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have all tags attached.


No right of return applies to special orders as any colour.

To return your purchase, follow these easy steps: 

  1. Send an E-mail to: info@carolinesvedbom.com with your order number and reason why you want to make a return so we can identify and process your refund correctly. After that we will send you a return label and a form that has to be filled in for the return to be approved.

  2. Pack the products you wish to return. You can easily reuse the box the items were sent in for the return.

  3. Once we have received the products, your money will be returned within 14 days. We always make an assessment of your return - if the product is broken, used, dirty or delayed - If it is considered non-salable, it will affect the repayment.

    Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping back. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.


    REPLACE A PRODUCT
    If you wish to replace your product, you will have to return the one you wish to replace (see the steps in RETURNS above) and then place a new order for the product you want to replace it with.

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
    If you believe you have received defective or incorrect jewelry (style, size, or color), you must contact us at info@carolinesvedbom.com and provide a photo of the defect and keep all the packaging. If a defected or incorrect product has been sent, Caroline Svedbom will provide you with a return label for free shipping back to our main warehouse.
