Back to where the journey started and our first launched design; the signature Perfect Drop Earrings!

The inspiration behind these timeless and elegant earrings comes from Angelina Jolie's remarkable appearance at the 2009 Oscars. Her entrance involving a strapless black dress styled with a pair of large Drop Earrings really made an impact on me. There was something very special about the 115-carat earrings (besides being worth a total of 2,5 million dollars) and even though I looked for similar designs at different suppliers I struggled finding the perfect one.

After my trip to Paris in 2013, involving several inspirational meetings with jewelry designers, I could not stop thinking about the simple and classic earring design I had seen years earlier. My dream of the Perfect Drop Collection would become true just months after and even today, 10 years later, they are still Caroline Svedbom´s signum design and definitely an investment in every woman's jewelry wardrobe.

This year we are launching them in a new colour; Aquamarine.

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns within 14 days from you receiving your order. 
Returns are at your own expense which can include VAT and duty fees. The products in your return must be in original condition, sealed packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items must have all tags attached.


No right of return applies to special orders as any colour.

To return your purchase, follow these easy steps: 

  1. Send an E-mail to: info@carolinesvedbom.com with your order number and reason why you want to make a return so we can identify and process your refund correctly. After that we will send you a return label and a form that has to be filled in for the return to be approved.

  2. Pack the products you wish to return. You can easily reuse the box the items were sent in for the return.

  3. Once we have received the products, your money will be returned within 14 days. We always make an assessment of your return - if the product is broken, used, dirty or delayed - If it is considered non-salable, it will affect the repayment.

    Please note that we do not take responsibility for items lost when shipping back. We therefore recommend for your own safety that you keep the postage receipt with the tracking number.


    REPLACE A PRODUCT
    If you wish to replace your product, you will have to return the one you wish to replace (see the steps in RETURNS above) and then place a new order for the product you want to replace it with.

    DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
    If you believe you have received defective or incorrect jewelry (style, size, or color), you must contact us at info@carolinesvedbom.com and provide a photo of the defect and keep all the packaging. If a defected or incorrect product has been sent, Caroline Svedbom will provide you with a return label for free shipping back to our main warehouse.
